The Performer
Ben Kearsley is an accomplished violist who performs with ensembles such as the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Opera North, Royal Northern Sinfonia, and BBC Philharmonic, and has held principal positions with the Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra, Skipton Camerata, and the Skaparis Orchestra with whom he toured the UK alongside Gary Numan. He has recorded for BBC Radio 3 with the Elmore String Quartet and the Northern Film Orchestra. His work also spans TV and film, including appearances in A Gentleman in Moscow, Outlander, House of Guinness, and ITV’s National Lottery Big Jubilee Street Party. A dedicated chamber musician, he regularly performs with the Rondino String Quartet, Harmony String Quartet, Alerion Strings and Athena Entertainment.
